A very Singaporean buffet dinner
Chefs serving customers at a local buffet restaurant.
Nice Paranakan bowl for... washing hands!
Paranakan food at a local buffet table - Rendang Mutton, Ayam Buah Keluak, Loh Bak and Popiah.
Indian food at a local buffet table - Roti prata with chicken curry, Chick peas and Nasi brani.
Chinese food at a local buffet table - Lemon chicken, Fish slices fried with spring onion, Stir-fried beef, Fried dumplings, Fried noodles and rice.
Puddings at a local buffet table. The durian pudding and ginger pudding in white bowl are especially delicious!
Photographs are taken using Nokia N97 camera phone, at Plaza Market Café of Fairmont Hotel. The $40+++ local buffet dinner price tag is slightly on the high side, but at least majority of the food are delicious. Recommendations are their Laksa, Rendang Mutton, Ayam Buah Keluak, Loh Bak, Nasi Brani and Lemon Chicken. The Durian Pudding is to-die-for!
