Lunch at a Hong Kong cafe
Char siew rice. The char siew that were juicy but not too sweet were a mixture of fat and skinny meat that you just can't stop chewing!
Fried carrot cake. Crispy on the outside, soft and tender on the inside! Plus the fried hebihiam spread on top, really an appetiser to die for!
Mango pudding is a norm dessert at most Chinese restaurants.
This C.Nai Hong Kong cafe located in East Coast Park serves almost authentic and delicious Hong Kong fare. The only issue is that they are slightly on the pricey side.
Photographs are taken using Nokia N97 camera phone.
