Two brown food two different textures
Roast chicken with samba sauce. The oily yet crispy looking skin plus the red and hot looking samba sauce, how could you even resist?
The smoothness of the thick white cream on the carrot cake brings out the dryness of the cake, yet at the same time makes it look fulfilling.
Photographs are taken using Nokia N97 camera phone. The roast chicken with samba sauce is from Jack's Place, which is also famous for its samba steak. The carrot cake is from Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf cafe.
